- 1.13 Gray Silver-Tinned Coaxial Cable
- P1 End Copper Tube Soldering
- P2 End I-PEX MHF I
- Cable Length: L = 180 mm
- Applications: Wi-Fi Devices, IoT Devices, Wireless Terminals
This internal antenna uses OD1.13 gray silver-tin coated coaxial cable. The silver-tin shielding layer is dense, offering low RF loss and excellent anti-interference performance, effectively isolating internal device electromagnetic stray noise to ensure stable wireless signal transmission. The gray cable jacket offers excellent flexibility, bending resistance, pull resistance, and aging resistance, suitable for routing in tight internal device spaces—resisting jacket damage and conductor breakage over long-term use, with consistent batch quality.
The P1 end is soldered to a copper tube, providing secure soldering and good conductivity. The copper tube radiator offers sensitive signal reception. The P2 end is crimped with a first-generation terminal for smooth insertion and reliable locking that resists loosening.
The finished total length is 180mm with standard dimensions requiring no secondary cutting—ready for direct internal assembly in WiFi, Bluetooth, IoT, and other wireless devices.
