Hall Effect Current & Voltage Sensors – An Introduction
Hall effect current sensors and voltage sensors are electrical measurement devices developed based on the Hall Effect principle. They are primarily used to measure AC and DC current or voltage in electrical circuits.
These sensors convert the measured electrical quantity into a corresponding output signal while providing galvanic isolation between the measuring circuit and the circuit under test. They are widely applied in industrial automation, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, power supplies, and power electronics.
