How To Power Up Your Router / Antenna
Power over Ethernet (PoE) provides a simple, efficient solution for powering your router and antenna directly through your internet connection eliminating the need for separate power supplies and reducing cable clutter.
Depending on your setup, we support either active PoE (802.3af/at) or passive PoE. Active PoE automatically negotiates power requirements with compatible devices, offering built-in safety and compliance with networking standards. Passive PoE, on the other hand, delivers power at a fixed voltage without negotiation ideal for devices specifically designed for this method.
Understanding the type of PoE your equipment uses ensures optimal performance and avoids potential damage. Be sure to check compatibility before connecting.
