Liao Chunhui serves as the company’s Sales Director. With many years of industry experience in the field of antennas and RF products, he has long focused on market development and customer service for antennas, RF connectors, and related interconnect components. He possesses an in-depth understanding of product requirements, selection, and customized solutions for various application scenarios.
Throughout our collaboration with customers, we always take their actual needs as our starting point. We actively seek to understand their product applications, technical requirements, and project timelines to provide professional product consultations, selection recommendations, and solution support. Depending on each customer’s specific needs, we can assist in coordinating key parameters such as antenna frequency bands, gain, dimensions, cable length, connector types, and installation methods, and offer corresponding customization recommendations based on the actual application.

He shoulders the core responsibilities of product R&D and technological breakthroughs, leading the R&D team to work together with a clear division of labor, systematically advancing new product development, optimizing existing products, and tackling challenging technical issues.
Internally, he actively collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to understand the real needs of frontline customers, translating market feedback into directions for product improvement. He establishes standardized and efficient R&D collaboration models, emphasizes technical exchange and mutual growth within the team, and fosters a research and development atmosphere of mutual support and shared progress.
