Extended Antennas
Our Extended Antennas
An extended antenna consists of three main components: the radiating element, a coaxial RF feeder cable, and a connector. It is primarily designed to address challenges such as limited internal device space, signal blockage caused by metal enclosures, and unfavorable installation positions for signal reception. By extending the antenna away from the host device via the feeder cable, the antenna can be flexibly positioned in locations with better signal conditions, thereby improving wireless communication stability. Extended antennas are a common supporting antenna solution in industrial communications, IoT, in-vehicle systems, security surveillance, and smart device applications.
